After hatching, the young lacewing larvae begin searching for pests – completely without chemicals or residues.

The application is particularly simple: Place the carrier cards directly on the affected plants – hang it up or place it on the substrateAfter hatching, the young larvae leave the card and disperse independently throughout the plant. The newly hatched larvae are initially barely visible at about 1–2 mm in size, but develop rapidly.

  • Effective against many small, soft-skinned plant pests
  • Harmless to humans, animals & plants
  • Ideal for houseplants, balconies, gardens & greenhouses

🌿 Application & Tips

  • Temperature: Optimal temperature is 20–26 °C – depending on the temperature and stage of development, the lacewing larvae will hatch within the next few days.
  • Placement: Place the backing card between the leaves, on the stem or in the pot – in a sheltered spot and away from strong direct sunlight.
  • Slippage: The lacewing eggs develop directly at the deployment site. After hatching, the young larvae leave the carrier card and begin searching for food independently.
  • Duration: Leave the cards in the plant for at least 2 weeks so that lacewing larvae that hatch later have enough time to leave the card.
  • No chemicals: Do not use any incompatible pesticides for at least 6 weeks before and during application.
  • Remove ants: Ants can protect pests such as aphids and thereby impair the work of lacewing larvae.
  • Performance monitoring: The young lacewing larvae are initially very small and can easily be overlooked. The success of the application is primarily demonstrated by a gradual reduction in pest infestation.

📍 Areas of application

  • Indoor and ornamental plants: Natural protection indoors
  • Balcony & Terrace: For use against small, soft-skinned pests on container and potted plants
